SKU: 25417 Chippewa 400gm Super Logger Steel Toe

My wife bought these boots for me as a gift 3 months ago 6/9/19 and it’s 9/4/19 today and about a week ago the sole of the right boot in the front started to come off. It looks like the boot is talking when I walk as it flaps open and shut in the front. I wish I could attach a picture to this review to show the extent. I have always loved Chippewa boots, as they are usually worth the pricey cost because of how long they last. The fact that these boots only lasted less than 3 months for how much I paid (almost $300 plus shipping) is extremely disappointing. Looks like I’ll have to start looking into a different brand of work boots from now on. I do not recommend for how much I spent and how long it lasted.

First off the customer service was excellent I wasn’t sure they had my size being these boots are hard to find, I called and the rep and he went right out back and double checked the size even said he could set them aside if I was ordering shortly which I thought was great! Once I did order it, it shipped fast and came smartly packed and undamaged. As for the boot itself their great quality mine had a use flag on the shoe lace as that’s Chippewas was of saying made in USA which shows I’ve been wearing them to break in and they fit true to size no noise or obvious faults in the boots craftsmanship. I was impressed with the comfort of the soles of the shoes as well and overall very pleased with this purchase it’s to bad I don’t see them making these boots anymore.
