Finally had a chance to wear this summer purchase on a fall trip to the Canadian Rockies and it exceeded my expectations. Amazed more companies don't provide a wool and fleece blend in outerwear - perfect by itself over a good base layer and as conditions require, under a light shell. \n\nVermont Gear experience was top shelf all the way -count me as a return customer.
